Please read the sizing/description of each of our products carefully before purchasing.


Please note we do not offer exchange or returns on sale items.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect items/sizes purchased. However we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note should you wish to return an item/s.

We will provide a refund in the case of an item being faulty upon receiving your order once we have received the item in original condition and reviewed your request. Should this happen, please contact us via email to:

with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Your Request - Faulty Item Refund

This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund for review.

Please note due to being a small business we cannot cover the cost of return shipping - this will be the responsibility of the customer.

All item/s returned to us for exchange, credit note or faulty refund must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached and not altered in any way.

EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTE

We will offer an exchange or credit note should you wish to return an item/s.

We will offer a credit note should you wish to return an item/s.

We will provide a credit note upon receiving your order once we have received the item in original condition and reviewed your request. Should you wish to receive a credit note for any item/s, please contact us via email to:

  • Your Request - Credit Note

This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order to request a credit note.

Credit notes have no expire date and may be used at any time. Credit notes may not be exchanged for cash back.

Credit notes will be emailed to you once approved by us, excluding postage costs.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you must do so asap after purchasing. Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order.
